What's not included
- Client-gallery hosting. Aksho doesn't host photos for client delivery — use Pixieset or Google Drive for that.
- Wedding-website builder. Not our job.
- Automated invoice PDFs. Yet. The core ledger is there; PDF templating is on the roadmap.
Billing details
Payments are processed by Razorpay, an Indian payment gateway. You'll see the charge appear as "AKSHO / RAZORPAY" on your bank statement.
Supported payment methods: UPI, credit card, debit card, netbanking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay). The Razorpay checkout picks up whatever your bank supports.
The ₹99 you see is the total — nothing gets added at checkout. Aksho is currently not GST-registered (below the ₹20L turnover threshold), so no GST is charged. If we cross that threshold, we'll add GST as a line item and the base price will not change.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time from Settings → Payment. No customer support call needed. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for; after that, it stops charging.
We don't do pro-rata refunds on the current month (it's ₹99, not worth the paperwork). If something more serious happened — a critical bug wiped a shoot record, we did an accidental double-charge — email support@aksho.in and we'll make it right.
After cancellation your account stays open (read-only) for 30 days so you can export your data via Reports → Excel export. After 30 days the encrypted blob is deleted from our servers.
Why one tier and not three
Most SaaS runs Solo / Studio / Pro tiers to price-discriminate. We tried that on the drawing board and dropped it: for the first 100 studios we want to sell the same thing to everyone, figure out what actually earns loyalty, and only then split. One tier keeps the pricing page honest and the product roadmap focused.
Team and enterprise pricing
If you run a studio with 5+ photographers and want a single billing seat that covers all of them, email admin@aksho.in. We don't have a public plan for this yet but we're willing to figure one out.
